<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;"><br />To use the online booking service, you must provide your name, address, phonenumber and e-mail. In order to place an order, there are necessarily also stored information about the rental time and what kind of equipment is reserved / ordered. There is an age limit of 18 years to use the service, and you must therefore also state your year of birth. When you use the service Your order history is saved. This personal data is used to provide the service to you. This personal data is stored as long as you are registered as a user with us. The personal data we have registered is available to you and can be changed on your page, which can be found on the online booking service after logging in. It is also possible to contact us and request that we remove your personal information or be deregistered from our systems. You will then no longer be able to use the Service unless you register again.</p>
<h2 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Personal information of third parties</h2>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Feriecenter Slettestrand A/S will not sell, trade or pass on your personal information. Online booking is handled by system provided by Sharefox.</p>
<h2 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Information about invoicing</h2>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;"><br />When you place an order, your card details are stored with the payment provider DIBS in order to fulfill your order. DIBS stores the information in a secure and correct way and is PCI certified. This allows us to manage change of order, cancellation of reservation such as deposit, credit, additional costs incurred from the user (in case of late submission, damage or similar) as well as reduce abuse and waste. Transaction data is stored related to your order, but not the card details. Transaction information is then stored as long as you are registered as a user of the service, cf. section on personal data.</p>
<h2 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Use of Collected Information</h2>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">The personal information collected for these purposes includes both information you provide yourself (name, email address, etc.) and information collected through use of the Service, such as what equipment you rent and Location information and technical information about your device and Internet connection. Personal data can be supplemented with information available from third parties.</p>
<h2 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Cookies</h2>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;"><br />When you visit our service, we use various technologies to recognize you as a user and collect data. For example, we use cookies to remember rental dates and equipment. Cookies facilitate the use of service and to provide you with relevant information when you visit our website. They are also used to cache data such as available rental dates, prices and the like.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Through server logs and other tools, we may record information about your device and connection to our service, including operating system, browser version, IP address, cookies and unique identification files. This information is used in anonymous and aggregated statistics, but can also be linked to your user account. <p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;"><br />Feriecenter Slettestrand A/S, Slettestrandvej 140, 9690 Fjerritslev, CVR no. 21631833, operates a rental service where consumers and businesses can rent equipment for mutual benefit by ordering the equipment online and picking it up and dropping it off at the holiday centre.</p>
<h2 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">1. General</h2>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">These terms and conditions apply to the rental and sale of goods and services from www.mtbslettestrand.dk / www.slettestrand.dk to businesses and consumers. The terms and conditions, together with your order, constitute an overall contractual basis for the purchase.</p>
<h2 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">2. Definition of parties</h2>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">The landlord is: Feriecenter Slettestrand A/S and hereafter referred to as we, us, the landlord or Feriecenter Slettestrand.<br />Tenant is: The person or company that is specified as the tenant or buyer in the booking, and who is referred to below as the tenant, the customer, you or your.<br />Rental items means bicycle, helmet, child seat, backpack and everything else that is rented out through Feriecenter Slettestrand A/S.</p>
<h2 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">3. Payment and rates</h2>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Payment is made via Visa or Mastercard online via our payment provider DIBS and Mobilepay, which meet the strictest security requirements. The tenant pays at the time of booking, and then the rental agreement is considered concluded.<br />Feriecenter Slettestrand follows standard rental practices.<br />All prices are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated. The total price for the purchase is displayed prior to booking and includes all expenses in connection with the rental or purchase. If there has been an error with the prices of a significant size from Feriecenter Slettestrand's side on the website, we can unilaterally change, delete or reject the order even after the customer has received order confirmation or the like. However, such errors must be corrected and the customer informed within a reasonable time after the error is discovered.</p>
<h2 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">4. The condition of the rental property</h2>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Feriecenter Slettestrand undertakes to deliver rental properties of high quality in ready-to-use condition. Feriecenter Slettestrand has their own routines that check and maintain the rental objects before and after rental.<br />During the rental period, you are responsible for any damage or loss to the equipment. Exemption from liability may occur if the damage or loss is due to technical errors or omissions. The tenant is therefore obliged to check the rental object before use and contact Feriecenter Slettestrand if the rental object is not in its expected condition.</p>
<h2 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">5. Damages</h2>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">All damages, technical faults or accidents that may occur during the rental period must be reported to the lessor immediately. We will then do our best to assist the tenant. Damages are reported to mail@slettestrand.dk or 98217044 immediately. This also applies in the event of theft.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">We always endeavor to give the best advice and tips for using the rental object, but are not responsible for the performance or for direct or indirect damage or loss caused by the use of the rental object, delays or errors in the rental object.</p>
<h2 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">6. Use of the rental object</h2>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Use of rental items is at your own risk.<br />The tenant is responsible for equipment and accessories being used in such a way that they are not damaged or unreasonably dirty. Correct and safe use of the equipment is the tenant's responsibility. It is the customer's responsibility to familiarize themselves with the Lessor's use and safety routines before using the equipment.<br />We recommend the use of protective equipment such as a helmet. You must also follow the equipment's user manual and other instructions from Feriecenter Slettestrand.</p>
<h2 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">7. Accessories</h2>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">A helmet is included in the bike rental if you don't have one yourself.</p>

<h2 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">8. Tenant's rights and obligations</h2>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;"><br />The renter must be at least 18 years old and is obliged to provide correct customer information when he/she creates a user account in order to rent on mtbslettestrand.dk. Feriecenter Slettestrand sends messages to the specified e-mail, address and telephone and such messages are considered received and valid when sent to us.<br />The user account is personal, and if you suspect that others have access to your account, you are obliged to inform Feriecenter Slettestrand immediately. Feriecenter Slettestrand has the right to freely reject, terminate or suspend a user account without prior notice or liability, including if the terms are deemed to have been violated.<br />Furthermore, these rental conditions must be accepted before booking on the website.<br />The tenant must return the rental object before the agreed date and time expires and at the agreed delivery location.<br />The tenant or cardholder authorizes Feriecenter Slettestrand to make credit card instructions for, among other things. rental items that are not returned, are dirty beyond normal, or in the event of damage to the rental item. The Power of Attorney thus granted also applies to the authorization to charge the payment card for additional rent/replacement claims if: The rental object is returned after the end of the agreed rental period or is returned with errors or defects.<br />If the rental object is not returned after one day, Feriecenter Slettestrand has the right to compensation at the agreed daily price.</p>
<h2 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">9. Changing orders?</h2>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;"><br />To change orders, Feriecenter Slettestrand must be contacted. The changes are not valid until they have been confirmed in writing by us. This is to ensure that the rental properties are actually available. Unless otherwise agreed and confirmed, the rental object must be returned at the agreed time. Extension of the lease period can be done before the start of the lease period and/or during the lease period in the event of a change to the start of the lease or the end of the lease.<br />All costs will be disclosed to the tenant before entering into the order or changing the order.</p>
<h2 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">10. Delivery and return</h2>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Delivery and returns take place in the way, at the place and at the time indicated on the order confirmation. You will also find it under your page. We are responsible for the products until they are taken over by you, i.e. when you have received the products in your possession. To receive the rental object, you must have your reservation reference. The name you enter in the Reservation must match the name on the ID card upon collection.<br />If delivery of the rental items is delayed, we will provide you with information as soon as we become aware of it, as well as information about and when delivery may take place, or if the product(s) are sold out or the rental item(s) are not available.<br />You are responsible for the product until it is returned to us or our service points.<br />We check the condition and function of the rental objects and that all parts are present when the rented products are returned to the rental location.</p>
<h2 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;"><br />11. Right of withdrawal upon purchase</h2>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;"><br />The right of withdrawal gives you the right to cancel your purchases. The right of withdrawal applies to purchased goods and not to rental objects. The right of withdrawal requires that you inform us of this no later than 14 days after receiving the delivery (see law on the right of withdrawal https://www.forbrug.dk/regler/fortrydelsesret-og-returret).<br />To use the right of withdrawal, the product must be delivered to us in approximately the same quantity and condition as you received it. If you try, use or examine the item (opening packaging, etc.) in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the item and this causes the item to decrease in value, we may deduct an amount equal to the decrease in value from the purchase price to be refunded.<br />The product is returned to us in its original packaging and within a reasonable time together with the right of withdrawal. If you choose to send it back by mail or other methods, it is your responsibility until the item is presented to us. You must provide your own suitable packaging and contact us before sending.</p>
<h2 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">12. Intellectual Property Rights</h2>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;"><br />The content and service are protected by copyright law. Image material stored on the site is obtained with permission from the rights holders.</p>

<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;"><br />Feriecenter Slettestrand processes your personal data in a secure data register in order to fulfill their obligations and protect their rights according to the rental contract. The personal data processed are name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and order history. This history remains saved for accounting and other obligations. All saved information is available in "My Account". The tenant has the right to have his personal data removed from the landlord's systems, which is done by contacting Feriecenter Slettestrand in person.<br />Your payment card will be stored as long as you have an active order. The payment card is stored at our payment outlet</p>

And with the right equipment, the experience becomes even better! Our lightweight mountain bike is carefully selected and perfectly suited to the fantastic tracks in Slettestrand, so you can look forward to a fun and comfortable ride with plenty of flow and courage to tackle the challenges of the trails.</p>
<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit; text-align: justify;">Anyone can rent a mountain bike</h3>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit; text-align: justify;">You do not need to have tried mountainbiking before in order to rent a mountainbike and take a ride in Svinkl&oslash;v Plantage. Here you will find some of Denmark's best mountainbike trails with something for all levels - including the children! Therefore, of course, we also have children's bikes to rent, suitable for children from 5 years old. For the smallest mountainbikers in the family, you have the option of renting one of our Feva Star seats, where children aged 2-4 can ride along on their parents' bike.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit; text-align: justify;">Our skilled staff will be happy to help plan a route that suits your level and wishes. The trails in Svinkl&oslash;v plantation are well marked, and it is easy to find your way around on your own. With our trail map in your pocket, you can easily use the dirt roads to circle back to the start of your favorite descent or find a shortcut home when your legs can't take it anymore!</p>
<h3 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit; text-align: justify;">We have got the equipment</h3>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit; text-align: justify;">It is extremely important to us that you get the best experience when you are going to enjoy a trip on the good trails in the area. That's why we make sure that all bikes are in top condition. They are continuously replaced and get a comprehensive service every winter, just as we of course check the bikes after each rental and carry out regular repairs as needed. We are serious about safety, which is why riding with a bicycle helmet is required when you rent one of our bikes. We offer a free loan of one of our SMITH bicycle helmets with your bicycle rental &ndash; you are of course also welcome to use your own helmet.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit; text-align: justify;">All of our rental bikes have flat pedals (flats), so you don't need to have special cycling shoes for the trip &ndash; you can easily get away with regular sneakers. Unfortunately, we do not have click pedals available.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit; text-align: justify;">At the reception you can buy trail maps, drinking bottles, snacks, spare parts, cycling clothes etc. We recommend ending the trip with a well-deserved cup of coffee and home-baked cake, cold draft beer or something else good in Restaurant Slettestrand, while you relive the highlights of the trip - we call it #aftertrail!</p>
